1. About this website

This website provides information about The Bubble Hub and related support offered by Aoife's Bubbles Charity for children and families affected by childhood cancer. Content is for general information and does not replace professional medical, legal or safeguarding advice.

2. Using the site

• Use this website lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape or misuse the site or its content.
• Do not submit false or misleading information in referral forms or messages.

3. Bubble Hub referrals & sessions

Joining The Bubble Hub requires completing a referral form and emailing it to info@aoifesbubbles.co.uk. Acceptance and session access are at the charity’s discretion and subject to capacity, suitability and safeguarding considerations.

Online sessions may be delivered via Zoom or similar platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, internet connection and a private space appropriate for your child.

4. Donations

Donations are processed through JustGiving (or another payment provider we link to). Those providers have their own terms. Aoife's Bubbles Charity is grateful for every gift; refunds are handled in line with JustGiving’s policies and applicable charity fundraising rules.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, logos and design are owned by or licensed to Aoife's Bubbles Charity. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not copy or reuse content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites (including JustGiving, social media and partner organisations). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

7. Privacy & cookies

8. Disclaimer & liability

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or uninterrupted access.
